1xwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 1xwin ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at 1xwin.biz. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain an account on 1xwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as set by applicable law and enforced by 1xwin without exception.
• You are a resident of or accessing the Platform from the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of 1xwin or any of its licensed game providers.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 1xwin platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes. 1xwin reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 1xwin support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

1xwin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

All monetary transactions on 1xwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your 1xwin wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. 1xwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC identity verification. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

Anti-Money Laundering: 1xwin operates in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation. Funds deposited to the Platform may only be withdrawn after demonstrable wagering activity. Deposits made for the sole purpose of immediate withdrawal without gameplay are subject to review.

1xwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, VIP incentives, and other promotional credits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts only. 1xwin reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering patterns designed to defeat wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire on the date stated in the promotion terms. Expired promotional credits are forfeited without compensation.
• Changes: 1xwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on the 1xwin platform — including but not limited to slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, lottery draws, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game as published within the game interface or on the respective game provider's documentation.

All slot and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator systems that are independently audited by accredited third parties. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the game developer. 1xwin does not and cannot alter the outcome of any RNG-certified game.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, 1xwin will apply the following principles:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.
• If a technical error results in an incorrectly displayed win that would not have been generated under normal conditions, 1xwin reserves the right to void the transaction and return the original stake.
• Live casino results that have been confirmed and settled by the dealer are final and not subject to reversal on the grounds of subsequent technical issues unrelated to the dealt result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Using false or another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain — any such gains must be reported and are not withdrawable.
• Laundering money or conducting financial transactions of an illegal nature through the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds to 1xwin.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1xwin staff or other players via any channel.

All content on the 1xwin platform, including but not limited to its logo, trademarks, trade names, software, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and any proprietary materials ("1xwin Content"), is owned by or licensed to 1xwin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1xwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 1xwin Content.
• Use the 1xwin name, logo, or brand in any manner without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without authorization.

Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is licensed to 1xwin for display on the Platform. All rights reserved by their respective owners.

1xwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to circumstances beyond 1xwin's control.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay — all outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective games and RNG certification.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1xwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1xwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Creation of a duplicate account.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination for cause, 1xwin reserves the right to withhold funds in the account pending investigation. Any promotional or bonus balances are forfeited immediately upon account termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 1xwin support. Real-money balances at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1xwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through 1xwin's internal complaint resolution process:

1. Step 1: Submit a written complaint to 1xwin customer support via live chat or email at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your dispute and the resolution sought.
2. Step 2: 1xwin will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, either party may pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law.

1xwin reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Changes required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the 1xwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
